Cancellation & No Show Policy

• Booking under 6 rooms, if cancellation made earlier than 15 days, there will be NO charge applied
• If cancellation made within 14-7 days before arrival, surcharge 50% based on total of booking
• Any cancellation within 07 days before arrival will be full stay charge.
• Full charge for any cancellation/ amendment will be applied for public holiday booking.
• Booking from 6 rooms, if cancellation made earlier than 45 days, there will be NO charge will be
  applied
• If cancellation will be made within 44-21 days before arrival, surcharge 50% based on total booking
• If cancellation will be made within 20-14 days before arrival, surcharge 75%
• If cancellation will be made within 13 days before arrival, full charge will be applied.
• No show/ early check out: full stay charge of the contract rate.
• Full charge for any cancellation/ amendment will be applied for public holiday booking.

Child Policy

• Children under 6 years old sharing existing bed: complimentary
• Children from 6 -11 years old sharing existing bed: surcharge VND250.000/child/meal.
• Extra bed for child under 12 years old (if necessary): VND300.000/child/night
• Children from 12 years old considered as an adult need an extra bed VND550.000/child/night
